Rapper Snoop Dogg is the executive producer for MTV’s new series, Mary + Jane,
a half-hour comedy about two millennial “ganja-preneurs” running a weed delivery service in L.A.
Snoop professed his experience with marijuana, “I’ve been delivering weed for a long mother f***ing time.”
The groundbreaking marijuana TV show stars Scout Durwood and Jessica Rothe
and EPs Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont. Snoop will make a guest star appearance.
“He does not play himself,” said Kaplan. “He’s like a Snoop Fairy.”
