Cannabis Cake Ingredients for How To Make Flourless Chocolate Cannabis Cake:

  • 10″ round cake pan, greased
  • large saucepan (crock pot will do)
  • 1 spoon
  • beater, or hand-mixer
  • ½ cup water, distilled
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (pink himalayan is best)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ cup powdered sugar
  • fruit for garnish
  • 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup CannaButter, cubed and softened
  • Time: 45 Minutes

Cannabis Cake Directions for How To Make Flourless Chocolate Cannabis Cake:

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
    2. Mix water, salt and sugar in the saucepan over medium heat.
      Stir to dissolve sugar and remove saucepan from burner.
    3. Microwave chocolate chips, melting slowly, in the bowl.
    4. Mix the CannaButter into the melted chocolate.
    5. Mix the hot sugar water into the chocolate too.
    6. Beat in one egg at a time.
    7. Stir in vanilla extract.
    8. Pour the Flourless Cannabis Cake batter into the greased cake pan.
    9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until top of cake has a crust.
    10. Remove Flourless Cannabis Cake from oven to cool for 5 minutes
      and then place cake onto wire rack to finish cooling.
      OPTIONAL: Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
      STORAGE: Flourless Cannabis Cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
